The color and texture of products may vary from samples, displays, and photos. Colors on this website are as accurate as possible, but photographic technologies and actual viewing conditions can alter the perception of color. Natural stone may fade over time from weathering and sun exposure. Rust spots and other marks may appear on natural stone as a result of natural oxidation. If natural stone is installed in a wet or inadequately drained location, discoloration, staining, and oxidation will be more likely to occur on the stone. Regular cleaning may be necessary to maintain the appearance of any natural stone product. Acids, solvents, and harsh cleaners should not be used on natural stone products. Many color swatches of flagstone are shown without mortar joints to allow the color and texture of products to be seen as clearly as possible. Mortar joints are always used in a typical installation.
